Bhindeshi is a Washington State-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 2016, that celebrates the rich cultural heritage of India, particularly Bengal. Based in Bothell, WA, we serve the South Asian community in the Greater Seattle area by offering a vibrant platform for cultural exchange and collaboration. We also partner with local nonprofits to support the broader region, enriching lives and fostering meaningful connections.

Bhindeshi Website Advertisement
- Ad Placement: Sponsors’ ads will be displayed on the Bhindeshi website in a dedicated section.
- Ad Size:
- Large: approximately 250×250 pixels
- Small: approximately 120×120 pixels
- Submission Format: Please provide ads in JPEG, PNG, or GIF format with a resolution of at least 72 DPI.
- Ad Placement Order: Ads are displayed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on sponsorship confirmation and ad submission.
Promotional Announcements on Facebook
- Each sponsor is eligible for a maximum of 1 promotional post per event.
- Posts may be shared alongside other sponsors/vendors, though we will strive to separate competing businesses in individual promotional posts for clarity.
Physical Banner Display
- Sponsors must provide their own physical banners for display at events.
- Maximum Banner Dimensions: 5′ x 3′.
- Submission Deadline: Please ensure the banner is delivered at least 5 days before the event to ensure proper setup.
- Year-Round Usage: We encourage sponsors to provide a banner for the entire year, which can be displayed at multiple events.
Disclaimer
- Sponsorship packages and associated benefits, including advertisement sizes, placements, and promotional features, are subject to change at the discretion of the Bhindeshi committee. Sponsors will be notified of any changes in advance.
- Bhindeshi reserves the right to decline sponsorships that do not align with the organization’s values, mission, or policies.
- Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once confirmed.
- The placement, visibility, and format of sponsor branding, including ads in print and digital media, will be as per the agreed sponsorship package, subject to adjustments as outlined above.
- Bhindeshi does not endorse or assume responsibility for the products, services, or messages of sponsors.
- Event dates and formats are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, and sponsors will be notified promptly in such cases.
- Sponsorship commitments are valid only after confirmation via a signed agreement and receipt of payment.
