Sharod Utsav instructions 2022

We are very excited to bring to you Bhindeshi Sharod Utsav on the 23rd and 24th of September 2022 at the Brightwater Treatment Plant at 22505 WA-9, Woodinville, WA 98072.

Please note some important instructions regarding the event:

[1] We will be using the Bhindeshi mobile app’s QR code feature for front desk registration as well as food coupon redemptions. So please keep your mobile phone which has the app that you had used to register, handy. For instructions on how to use the QR code feature in the app for entry and food, please take a look at this video: QR code scanning – YouTube

[2] We expect parking to be a challenge at the venue. While we should be good on people capacity inside the venue, the number of parking spots could pose a problem. To that effect, please note:

• • We encourage carpooling as much as possible
  • [ONLY FOR SATURDAY, 24TH SEP] If you are unable to find parking at the venue, please go to the Gold creek church parking (6525 Maltby Rd, Woodinville, WA 98072 | Google maps link) which is about 1.2 mile away. Bhindeshi has arranged for overflow parking there:

• •  Our shuttle service will ferry you over to the venue. The shuttle service will be available only between the hours of 11AM and 3PM (back and forth). Sample picture of our shuttle (passenger van) is given below. There will also be another sedan car performing the same service

• If you don’t see a shuttle for more than 10 mins please drop a text message to Sagnik: (425) 615-1314

[3] While covid regulations have been significantly eased by the authorities, we encourage precautions such as wearing masks, sanitizing / washing hands etc. as much as possible, especially if you have recently traveled
