What is a Bhindeshi family? As per Bhindeshi membership, a family is defined as husband, wife and 2 kids/youths. Kids means anyone whose age is less than 12 years. Youth means anyone between 12 to 18 years.
Can I bring friends, other family members under my Bhindeshi membership? Only Bhindeshi member’s family (husband, wife and kids) can get free admission. If you want to bring friends please buy our non-member entry ticket.
Which ticket should I buy for my kids if I am not a member? Please buy the Kids (5 – 18yr) entry ticket. Above 18 yrs please buy the adult entry.

For Sarod Utsav 2021:
Who needs Covid test to attend Bhindeshi Sharadotsav? A) Anyone who is attending Sharodatsav between 9 am – 1 pm.
B) Attending Sharodatsav during one of the afternoon slots where Covid test is needed for unvaccinated attendees above 2+.
We don’t want to get Covid testing done, how can we enjoy Sharodatsav? Bhindeshi Sharodatsav 2021 is being organized in a hybrid mode. Enjoy live streaming of Sharodatsav festivities from comforts of your home and plan to attend the event in-person during one of the slots (we have slot options for both where Covid testing is required and where it is not).
What kind of Covid test is recommended? You can take any covid testing including 1 hr Rapid Antigen Test, Rapid Diagnostic Test or PCR. We require proof of the result from an authorized testing center during the registration.

Most of these testing centers provide free covid testing or are fully covered through insurance. Please book your appointment no earlier than 6th October and make sure report available before coming to the venue.
Do all volunteers need Covid negative test? Volunteers have to comply with the safety requirement of the corresponding slot.
Can we sign up for Bhog donation? Yes, sign up sheets are coming soon. There will be touchless donation option for all those who are interested.
Is the event only for members? Do I have to take membership for Durga Puja registration?
Membership is not mandatory for Sharod Utsav, non-members can attend as well. Non-members have to pay for the entry ticket.
What if we are early or late for our scheduled reserved slot. Bhindeshi understands the sentiment associated with Sharodatsav in every heart that misses the festivities away from home at this time of the year. Bhindeshi is committed to make Sharodatsav enjoyable for everyone in a safe way. If you are early/late for your appointment we will try to accommodate you but during certain hours we will be operating at limited capacity. Hence, you might be requested by our volunteers to wait outside the venue until we reach capacity deemed safe for attendees. During your wait time you can enjoy live streaming of Bhindeshi Sharodatsav from your personal devices.

We feel that the overall structure that we have works well to accommodate as many of our community members as possible, while keeping the safety of all in mind. However, some details (e.g., exact times of the slots) may vary a little, depending upon the interest and feedback we receive.
Do I need to entry ticket to enter even if I buy the food coupons? Yes, Entry tickets are required to enter the Pujo venue. If you are willing to purchase food, please go ahead and purchase the food coupons also.
